About Ballet Zaida

Ballet Zaida is an ongoing fine art project showcasing photos with only the best ballet technique.

My name is Oliver Endahl, I'm a professional ballet photographer. Before I became a ballet photographer I danced ballet for over a decade. Because of this I know what proper classical ballet technique looks like, and that is what you will always see in my photos.

Ballet is a truly unique and amazing art form. Unfortunately today, a large amount of the general public is not exposed to the amazing art that is ballet.

By using the internet to make ballet available to everyone, Ballet Zaida has already reached thousands of people from all over the globe, and that’s just the beginning.

Ballet Zaida doesn’t only showcase dancers from one company, but from various companies and schools from all over the world.

The purpose of Ballet Zaida is to expose the world to ballet, and to evolve the art of ballet itself.
